Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier.  Products are usually shipped on the following business day. All products ordered over the weekend would ship the following business day. The shipment method varies from supplier to supplier. Suppliers ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. At this time we can not accommodate expedited shipping requests. All suppliers only ship within the United States. Few suppliers ship to Alaska or Hawaii, if you have a shipping question for a specific product please contact us by phone or email. At this time, our suppliers do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These type of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use. Our suppliers ship products using UPS, Fedex, DHL and other private carriers that do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

Most of GamersProject Suppliers' Return Policies give customers the opportunity to return products. If you have a product you want to return please contact us by phone or email and we will process your return according to our suppliers policies. (Refund may take up to 2 weeks after product has been received by supplier.) Please do not attempt to return any product without contacting us first.
