How long will it take for my item to ship?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier.  Products are usually shipped on the following business day. All products ordered over the weekend would ship the following business day.

What types of shipping methods do you use?

The shipment method varies from supplier to supplier. Suppliers ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. 

Can I get expedited shipping?

At this time we can not accommodate expedited shipping requests.

Where can I view GamersProject return policies?

The sites return policies can be viewed on any page. There is a shipping and returns tab to the left of the site.

Does GamersProject ship Internationally?

All suppliers only ship within the United States.

Does GamersProject ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Few suppliers ship to Alaska or Hawaii, if you have a shipping question for a specific product please contact us by phone or email. 

Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses?

At this time, our suppliers do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. These type of addresses are set up by the United States Postal Service for personal and military use. Our suppliers ship products using UPS, Fedex, DHL and other private carriers that do not ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

How can I have a product returned?

Most of GamersProject Suppliers' return policies give members the opportunity to return products. If you have a product you want to return please contact us by phone or email and we will process your return according to our suppliers policies. (Refund may take up to 2 weeks after product has been received by supplier.)

Please do not attempt to return any product without contacting us first.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order at any time before your order has been processed. To view the status of your order click on the "Track your order" tab at the top of the site and type in your Order Number. If your order is still "In Process" you are able to cancel. To cancel an order please contact us by phone or email and you will be provided a conformation number.

Is my personal information safe?

We take every precaution to protect customer information.

All sensitive information is encrypted using SecurityMetrics before being submitted.

All personal information is kept secure according to our Privacy Policy and is not traded, sold, or otherwise given to any third parties without your express permission.
